Sept. 3

Nathaniel A. Estill, 36, 419 Scott St., Lima, was sentenced to six months in jail for nonsupport of dependents. He was given credit for 14 days served.

Juleon D. Harrison, 27, 11535 Farmingham Drive, Cincinnati, was sentenced to two years community control for attempted improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle. He must successfully complete all counseling and treatment and resolve pending issues in Hamilton and Montgomery counties.

Sept. 8

Ashley A. Bartsch, Pandora, was granted a divorce from Manuel T. Bartsch, Pandora. They were married June 21, 2014 in Putnam County and have one child.

Sept. 9

Michael J. Moore, 30, 125½ S. Wheeler St., Mount Victory, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for failure to comply with the signal of an officer. He was given credit for 91 days served and any additional days while awaiting transportation.

Walter R. Pfeifer III, 42, 800 Smith Road, Apt. 69, Temperance, Mich., was sentenced to 44 days jail for forgery. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and abide by all the rules of probation. A charge of forgery (attempt) was dismissed.

Raven D. Krontz, 40, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 66, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a misdemeanor. She faces up to 180 days jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Oct. 18.

Brittany M. Baldwin, 29, 203 Chestnut St., Apt. B, Marysville, admitted to violating community control sanctions. The violations included failing to report to her supervising officer as required and using heroin. Sentencing was scheduled for 9 a.m. Nov. 4. She was originally convicted of possession of heroin.

Jason E. Chamberlin, 48, 59 Liberty St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to felonious assault. He faces up to 8 to 12 years in prison and $15,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Oct. 14. The state is recommending dismissing a charge of domestic violence and restitution of $3,254.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Sept. 2

Michael P. McNally, 18, 319 S. Shoop Ave., Wauseon, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. He was also fined $150 for tinted windows. Charges of OVI and drug possession were dismissed.

Sept. 3

Angelica M. Flores, 26, 31 S. Belmore St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to license forfeiture. Sentence: 30 days jail, $100 fine. She also pleaded guilty to driving under FRA noncompliance. Sentence: 30 days jail, $100 fine. Jail is to run consecutive.

Cory J. Hull, 33, 401 Seneca St., Dupont, pleaded guilty to second offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 153 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $475 suspended, three-year license suspension and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. He also pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 17 days suspended, $250 fine, and complete an alcohol and drug assessment. Two other OVI charges and head light required were dismissed.

Jesse M. Hartman, 34, 13721 State Route 12, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to 12-point suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $150 fine, suspended. A charge of fictitious plates was dismissed.

Sept. 7

James R. Reynolds, 42, 435 W. Fourth St., Fort Jennings, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Sept. 9

Dexter M. Bannister, 30, 2889 Trail, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of speeding and open container were dismissed.

Emily J. Born, 28, 12588 Old State Route 65, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA noncompliance. Sentence: $150 fine.
