Ohio’s online vaccination scheduling portal shows who’s eligible and which pharmacies, health departments and mass vaccination clinics are closest to your home or workplace. Visit gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov to schedule your appointment.
Who’s eligible?
•All adults and children age 12 years and older.
• Mercy Health will hold a free Pfizer vaccination clinic from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Mercy Health-Wapakoneta Family Medicine, located within the Wapakoneta Family YMCA, 1100 Defiance St., Wapakoneta. The clinic is open to anyone age 12 and older. Register online at gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov. Second doses will be available at the same location on Saturday, Aug. 28.
• The Putnam County Health Department will host a free COVID-19 vaccination clinic at various sites in Putnam County. First and second doses of the Pfizer and single-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available. Must be at least 12 years or older to attend. No appointment necessary. Times, dates and sites include:
2 to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Cloverdale Town Hall, 173 Plank Road, Cloverdale.
4 to 6 p.m. Monday, Dupont Town Hall, Dupont.
10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Columbus Grove Elementary, 201 W. Cross St., Columbus Grove.
Noon to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Leipsic Community Center, 120 E. Main St., Leipsic.
2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Kalida schools administration building, 301 N. Third St., Kalida.
4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Fort Jennings schools, 1 Musketeer Drive, Fort Jennings.
2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 12, Ottoville schools, 650 W. Third St., Ottoville.
10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 13, Pandora-Gilboa schools, 410 Rocket Road, Pandora.
2:30 to 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13, St. Nicholas Parish Hall, 110 Main Cross St., Miller City.
4:30 to 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 16, at Continental Public Library, 301 S. 6th St., Continental.
