April 26

Patricia A. Kroeger, Leipsic, was granted a divorce from James L. Kroeger, Leipsic. They were married May 14, 1988 and have no minor children.

April 27

Christopher R. Barton, 34, 1614 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, Ind., was referred to the WORTH Center for grand theft of a motor vehicle. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain, and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

April 28

Quinn P. Kaufman, 29, 231 Riverview Drive, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for assault. The judge suspended 160 days of the sentence and gave him credit for 18 days served. He was fined $1,000, which was suspended. He must complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Marie A. Ford, 40, 101 E. Main Cross St., Miller City, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs. She faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. June 7.

Amber Miller, Leipsic, and Anthony W. Miller, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 21, 2015 in Ottawa and have no children.

April 29

Sonny G. Olivo, 28, 601 Washington St., Findlay, was remanded to the WORTH Center for aggravated possession of drugs. He was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

April 22

Mandie L. Stansbery-Longfellow, 39, 1694 E. Lincoln Highway, Elida, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Sentence: 180 days jail, 145 days suspended, $250 fine, $150 suspended and complete a mental health assessment.

April 26

Rueben Rodriguez, 29, 25 E. Center St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of OVI was dismissed.

Kaela A. Lucas, 19, 24312 Road 86, Oakwood, pleaded guilty to OVI. Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of open container, consumption in vehicle and failure to control were dismissed.

Jennifer M. Jeffers, 39, 1740 E. Fourth St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

April 27

Randy A. Steele, 52, 59 E. Liberty St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA non-compliance. Sentence: $100 fine. He was also fined $150 for driving under FRA non-compliance.

Connor O. Haselman, 18, 12596 Road 11, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of OVUAC. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, complete alcohol and drug assessment with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He also pleaded guilty to underage possession. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, and $125 fine. Charges of OVI and left of center were dismissed.

Brandi E. Sigler, 39, 22280 County Road 17, Forest, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, and no contact with victim for one year.

Andrew A. Wainwright, 41, 619 Cherry St., Van Wert, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under FRA non-compliance. Sentence: $150 fine.

Roger K. Seel, 59, 13600 Road 11-2, Lyons, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, and perform 20 hours of community service. A charge of criminal trespass was dismissed.

Dalton L. Iffland, 20, 413 Filmore St., Napoleon, pleaded guilty to speeding. Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $500 fine and perform 36 hours community service. He was also ordered to pay court costs for reckless operation.

April 29

Charles J. Gillette, 33, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 66, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension license forfeiture. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, and $150 fine.

Andrew Almanza, III, 35, 158 S. Hickory St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He was also ordered to pay court costs for parking violation and marked lanes.
