Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms


LIMA — The following individuals were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Darod Florence, 23, of Lima, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Vera Vaske, 53, of Lima, was sentenced to five years on probation for felonious assault.

Direhyl Banks, 33, in custody of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, was sentenced to nine months in prison for having a weapon under disability. The sentence will be served consecutively to a Franklin County case.

James Dunlap, 23, of Louisville, Kentucky, was sentenced to three years on probation for the possession of marijuana.

Cory Clair, 43, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation for possession of cocaine. He must perform 40 hours of community service.

Ronell Mustin Jr., 19, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation for receiving stolen property.

Nicholas Boissonneault, 24, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation on a charge of theft. He must perform 60 hours of community service and pay restitution to the victim in the case.
