LIMA — The following individuals entered pleas of not guilty this week in Allen County Common Pleas Court following their indictments by the April session of the grand jury. Appearing in court Friday to enter their pleas were:
Lanceo Miller, 35, of Lima, aggravated burglary.
Gerry McCoy, 31, of Detroit, Michigan, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, two counts of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and two counts of tampering with evidence.
Sean Ramos, 27, of Grover Hill, domestic violence.
Rebecca Middleton, 50, of Cincinnati, robbery.
Jaquaveius Harvey, 28, of Lima, four counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications, improperly discharging a weapon into a habitation, obstructing justice, tampering with evidence, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of heroin, two counts of having weapons under disability and receiving stolen property.
Christopher Howard, 33, of Lima, possession of cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs.
Entering written not-guilty pleas earlier this week were:
Santana Gipson, 30, of Lima, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and possession of a fentanyl-related compound with the forfeiture of money in a drug case.
Tonia Edwards, 53, of Celina, aggravated possession of drugs.
Michael Burton, 41, of Lima, domestic violence.
Derrick Wilson, 31, of Lima, domestic violence.
Dana Durr, 45, of Lima, two counts of aggravated burglary and one count of theft from a person in a protected class.
David Stepleton, 62, of Lima, felonious assault and disrupting public services.
Nikia Vogel, 44, Lima, trespass in a habitation
Maurice Morris, 41, of Lima, two counts of OVI.
Ernest Fair, 58, of Lima, breaking and entering.
Ronnie Williams, 65, of Lima, trespass in a habitation.
Courtney Webster, 29, of Lima, two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Steven King, 45, of Lima, aggravated possession of drugs.
