Auglaize County Historical Society to present ‘Working at the White House’

WAPAKONETA — The Auglaize County Historical Society and Riverside Art Center will present “Working at the White House: Stories and Lessons Learned,” with Deb Eschmeyer at 7 p.m. Monday, April 26, live on the Historical Society’s Facebook page.

Eschmeyer, a New Knoxville native, was a senior policy advisor and executive director of former First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move public-health initiative in the Obama White House. Her work focused on nutrition.

The program is being presented in conjunction with Riverside Art Center’s “OHIO WOMEN VOTE” exhibit, open to the public from noon to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays through the end of April.
