As more supplies become available, more vaccination providers will be added. Check the vaccine dashboard at coronavirus.ohio.gov for a full list of providers by county.

Who’s eligible?

•All adults and teenagers age 16 years and older.

• The state updated the Ohio Public Health Advisory System. Putnam and Hardin counties remain in red, meaning a very high exposure and spread. Remaining in orange (level 2) were Allen County, Auglaize County and Van Wert County, although Allen County is listed as having a high case incidence.

• Franklin County moved from red to purple, the level 4 public emergency. That means there’s severe exposure and spread, so people should only leave home for supplies and services.

• Mercy Health has a limited number of appointments available for Pfizer vaccines next week for people older than 16. Call 866-624-0366 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or online at gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov to schedule a vaccine. There’s also a walk-in availability from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday for the Pfizer vaccine.

• Ohio Northern University noted there were still appointments available to the public during the state-sponsored COVID-19 mobile mass vaccination clinic, scheduled from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday at King Horn Sports Center’s field house. Schedule an appointment for the two-dose Moderna vaccine at gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov.

• Putnam County is at 183.10 new cases per 100,000 people over the past two weeks. Allen County has 160.23. Auglaize is at 159.89, Hardin is at 111.59, and Van Wert is at 99.03. Gov. Mike DeWine said he’d eliminate health orders once the number was below 50 per 100,000 people.

• The state released new cases data for schools. In Allen County schools, Lima schools and Perry schools each had two new staff cases. There were no new student or staff cases in Auglaize County. In Putnam County, there was one new student case in Continental schools.

• The state released new cases data for nursing homes. In Allen County, there was one new staff case each at Mennonite Memorial Home, Shawnee Manor and Springs of Lima. In Auglaize County, there was one new staff case at Elmwood Assisted Living of New Bremen, Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community and Vancrest of St. Marys Assisted Living. In Putnam County, there was one new resident case and one new staff case at Hilty Memorial Home and there was one new staff case at Meadows of Kalida.
