Illegal narcotics, currency found during drug raid at Lima apartment

LIMA — Officials with the Allen County Sheriff’s Office and the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force are continuing their investigation into a case involving illegal narcotics following the execution of a search warrant last week.

The task force, with assistance from the sheriff’s SWAT team, served the warrant at 614 Shock Ave., Apt. 22, Lima. During a search of the residence, they recovered suspected fentanyl, suspected cocaine, suspected marijuana and THC products, suspected pharmaceutical pills, $915 in U.S. currency and drug paraphernalia.

Information is expected to be presented for consideration of criminal charges to a future session of the Allen County grand jury.
