Blood testing, blood pressure clinic coming to New Bremen High School


Blood testing clinic: 7-9 a.m., New Bremen High School Commons, 901 E. Monroe St., New Bremen. Labs performed by Joint Township District Memorial Hospital. Free blood pressure screening. Fees for other blood tests. Discard unused or expired medications at the school.

NEW BREMEN — The New Bremen/New Knoxville Rotary Club and Joint Township District Memorial Hospital will host a blood test clinic from 7 to 9 a.m. Saturday, March 27, at the New Bremen High School Commons, 901 E. Monroe St., New Bremen.

Blood pressure tests are free, but there are fees for other blood tests.

No registration is required. Contact Jenni Miller at 419-394-6132 or jenmiller@jtdmh.org with questions. The Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office will also be onsite to take back expired or unused medications.

$40 for basic health panel, including lipid, CBC, glucose, electrolytes, iron, cholesterol and other tests. Twelve-hour fast required beforehand.

$40 for PSA screening

$45 for thyroid screening

$25 for C-reactive protein, a cardiovascular indicator

$25 for HgB A1C blood glucose

$35 for Vitamin D test
