ODOT proposes street improvement project in Delphos


LIMA – The Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking public comments regarding a proposed project in the city of Delphos.

ODOT is proposing the reconstruction of state Route 66/South Main Street in Delphos, including South Main Street south of First Street onto Suthoff Street and continuing to the bridge of Flat Fork Creek, and Cleveland Street from the canal to the bridge over Flat Fork Creek.

Construction is anticipated to occur in the spring of 2023.

Reconstruction will include water line replacement, storm sewer improvements, pedestrian improvements, street lighting installation, and construction of a multi-use path along the west side of South Main Street.

Access for local traffic to all properties will be maintained throughout construction.
