Osgood man joins the Saved by the Belt club

WAPAKONETA — The Wapakoneta post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol recently presented Gage Homan, of Osgood, Ohio, a Saved by the Belt certificate.

Homan was involved in a two-vehicle crash in Mercer County in January and was spared serious injury because he wore his seat belt.
