LIMA - With the weather getting nicer, the motorcyclists will be bringing their bikes out. Todd Miner, of Lima, owns this 2006 Harley Davidson Deluxe. He has owned it for two years, and brought it to the Gary Allen Memorial Classic Car Cruz In.
Miner was drawn to the color.
“Just a different color scheme than most of them,” said Miner.
Harley set out to make the Deluxe an eye-catcher with its long-barreled shotgun pipes, clean front light bars with bullet turn signals, a Tombstone taillight and a low seat that’s just two foot off the ground. A big retro-style speedometer completes the package. Harley Davidson proudly states, “from whitewall to whitewall, every detail is sheer beauty.”
Harley Davidson motorcycles have been around since 1903. Folks are drawn to them due to the ease of customization. The company has grown into one of the world’s largest motorcycle manufacturers.
Miner has ridden Harley’s and Triumphs for years.
