Feb. 18

Kelvin J. Bish, 21, 504 N. Williams St., Apt. B, Paulding, pleaded not guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. According to court documents, Bish engaged in sexual conduct with a minor when he was 18 years of age at the time while at a residence in Continental from May 1, 2018 through Aug. 31, 2018. The victim is identified as John Doe, born in 2005. He was placed on an OR bond. He must not drink alcohol, have any contact with the alleged victim or have any unsupervised contact with any minor children. Another pretrial was scheduled for 9 a.m. March 1.

Todd M. Settlemire, 35, 411 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. March 22. He is to be released from jail on Feb. 18 and reside at the Midwest Recovery Services until sentencing.

Cory J. Chamberlin, 29, 45 W. Vine St., Apt. A8, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to failure to provide notice of change of address. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. March 25.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Feb. 9

Danielle K. Steinberger, 31, 1350 N. Locust St., Apt. 502, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine.

Feb. 18

Douglas A. Shively, 63, 10210 State Route 613, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $250 fine, one year license suspension

Aaron C. Brinkman, 39, 10605 Road X, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Feb. 22

Brandon M. Bauer, 35, 1939 N. Defiance St., Lot 16 Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, 33 days suspended, $150 fine, with credit for 27 days served, complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center and no contact with the victim for two years.

Kenneth L. Harter, 58, 206 E. Maple St., Continental, pleaded guilty to endangering children. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, suspended, must comply with any case plan developed by Putnam County JFS.

Carmen L. Rodriguez, 34, 841 E. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to failure to obtain a license for food service. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. Six other counts were dismissed.

Viktorea Baker, 20, 157 S. 17th St., Columbus, pleaded guilty to inducing panic. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine and perform 200 hours community service within 12 months.
