OTTAWA — The Putnam County District Library will post on YouTube “10 Tips in Less than 5 Minutes” each Monday in March on its YouTube Page.
Shelley will post on a different topic each month, this month on Microsoft Word, in a program made possible through a grant from the State Library of Ohio and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
