Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Feb. 5

Andre M. Woods, 25, 11059 Road 16, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to attempted tampering with evidence. He faces up to six-18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3 p.m. March 4.

Feb. 11

Wesley Endicott, 34, 21092 U.S. Route 224, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was established as previously posted while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. March 4.

Dylan B. Okuley, 24, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa pleaded guilty to attempted felonious assault. He faces up to 36 months in prison and up to $10,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He faces up to 180 days in jail and up to $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2:15 p.m. March 1. The state is recommending placement at the WORTH Center and to dismiss the remaining domestic violence charge in Municipal Court. He was originally charged with felonious assault, domestic violence, aggravated menacing, and criminal damaging or endangering.

Matthew C. Swallow, 32, 5935 N. High St., Columbus, Apt, 116, was sentenced to 180 days jail for attempted forgery. The judge suspended 90 days of the jail and gave him credit for eight days served.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Feb. 2

Douglas C. Calvelage, 33, 19678 Road I-18, Cloverdale, was found guilty of two counts passing bad checks. Sentence: 10 days jail on both counts, suspended, $50 fine on both counts.

Feb. 4

Noah A. King, 38, 1631 E. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of OVI was dismissed.

Feb. 8

Elijah G. Wueller, 19, 129 Blank St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, pay restitution to the village of Columbus Grove in the amount of $732, along with juvenile co-defendants and perform 100 hours community service within 180 days. A charge of criminal damaging was dismissed.

Feb. 9

Trenton R. Renner, 45, 18571 Road 9 Q, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of failure to report an accident. Sentence: $100 fine.
