LIMA — A Lima man pleaded not guilty to having sex with an underage female during his arraignment hearing Friday in Allen County Common Pleas Court.
A recent session of the Allen County grand jury returned an indictment against Curtis Soles, 40, of Lima, charging him with two counts of first-degree felony rape.
The indictment alleges Soles compeled a 13-year-old female to submit to his sexual advances through the use of force June 1 through Nov. 20 of last year. Court records provided no additional information surrounding the alleged events.
Soles is being held in the Allen County jail under $250,000 bond.
