School delays and closings for Friday, Feb. 19

Icy conditions led some schools to delay the start of classes Friday:

Coldwater schools: Two-hour delay.

Delphos schools: Three-hour delay.

Delphos St. John’s schools: Three-hour delay.

Spencerville schools: Three-hour delay.
