School delays and closings for Tuesday, Feb. 2

Icy conditions led some schools to delay the start of classes or cancel in-person learning Tuesday:

Ada schools: Closed, remote learning day.

Allen County ESC: Closed.

Allen East schools: Closed.

Apollo Career Center: Closed, operating virtually starting at 10 a.m.

Bath schools: Closed, using last of five calamity days. Future in-person cancellations will become remote learning days.

Bluffton schools: Closed.

Coldwater schools: Closed.

Columbus Grove schools: Closed.

Continental schools: Closed.

Crestview schools: Closed, no Latchkey.

Delphos schools: Middle school students have remote learning day. Students should be sure assignments from Monday and Tuesday are completed. Franklin Elementary students need to complete Shut Down Homework Bag Day 2.

Delphos St. John’s schools: K-12 students have E-Learning Day. Preschool closed.

Elida schools: Closed.

Jennings schools: Closed.

Kalida schools: Closed.

Kenton schools: Closed.

Leipsic schools: Closed.

Lima schools: Two-hour delay.

Lima Central Catholic: Closed, high school assignments for remote day posted by 10 a.m.

Lincolnview schools: Closed.

Marion Local schools: Two-hour delay.

Miller City-New Cleveland schools: Closed.

Minster schools: Two-hour delay.

New Bremen schools: Two-hour delay. Spelling bee begins at 1 p.m.

New Knoxville schools: Two-hour delay.

Ottawa-Glandorf schools: Closed.

Ottoville schools: Closed.

Pandora-Gilboa schools: Closed, remote learning day.

Perry schools: Closed, students K-6 use learning packets, and 7-12 use remote learning.

Ridgemont schools: Closed, remote learning day. Check Schoology or Google Classroom for assignments. For grades 4-12, this is an even schedule day, so work in your even-numbered classes.

Shawnee schools: Closed.

Spencerville schools: Closed, elementary on Remote Learning Day 1.

SS. Peter and Paul schools: Closed. Prayer-a-thon will be rescheduled next week.

St. Charles school: Closed.

St. Gerard school: Closed.

St. Henry schools: Two-hour delay.

St. Marys schools: Two-hour delay, plan B preschool.

St. Rose school: Closed.

Temple Christian schools: Closed.

Upper Scioto Valley schools: Closed, make-up day Friday, March 19.

Vantage Career Center: Closed, e-learning begins at 10:23 a.m.

Van Wert schools: Closed.

Wapakoneta schools: Closed, virtual school day.

Waynesfield-Goshen schools: Closed, remote learning day.
