BLUFFTON — The Bluffton Public Library is offering Painting with Water Take & Makes beginning Monday, Feb. 1, while supplies last.
The kits will include a page from “Love is Like a Rainbow: A Magical Paper Painting Book of Loving Affirmations” and a paintbrush.
