OTTAWA — Putnam County Sheriff Brian Siefker lifted the Level 1 Road Advisory for the county as of 11 a.m. Tuesday.
It had been in effect since 6 a.m. A Level 1 advisory means roads were snow-covered and icy. Motorists were advised to drive carefully.
