Dec. 4

Kory D. Inglis, 26, 351 Ertel Ave., Lima, was sentenced to 11 months in prison and 14 months in prison for violating community control standards. The violations included failing to report to his supervising officer, failing to comply with counseling and treatment, failing to maintain employment, and using various illegal drugs including fentanyl. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently and he was given credit for 242 days served and any additional days while awaiting transportation to the corrections department. He was originally convicted of forgery (uttering) and receiving stolen property.

Dec. 7

Patrick W. Doyle, Pandora, and Tammy S. Doyle, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 14, 2019 in Ottawa and have no children.

Dec. 8

Breanna V. Ward, 22, 2257 Shipman Road, Lucedale, Miss., was sentenced to 180 days jail for an amended charge of theft. The judge suspended 170 days of the sentence and ordered her to complete all counseling and treatment required and pay restitution of $1,321.52 to Dollar General. She was also fined $1,000 which was suspended pending successful completion of probation.

Dec. 10

Michael B. Strykul, 52, 327 S. Roberts Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with order of police officer. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to OVI, a misdemeanor. He faces up to three days to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines in which $375 is mandatory and as well as a license suspended of six months to two years. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Jan. 21.

Kristina N. Owens, 28, 1921 Birch Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to identity fraud and forgery. She faces up to 24 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Jan. 21. A charge of tampering with records was dismissed.

Dec. 3

Daniel L. Caudill, 47, 13492 Road R, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $275 suspended, one-year license suspension with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Gavin A. Hernandez, 20, 360 Second St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP and complete an alcohol and drug assessment. A charge of headlights required, and underage possession were dismissed.

Seth E. Carles, 29, 206 South Ave., Pandora, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and complete a firearm safety course.

Christopher B. Frankart, 37, 614 W. Front St., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, one-year license suspension and complete alcohol and drug assessment.

Matthew J. Niese, 38, 20965 State Route 694, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP and complete alcohol and drug assessment. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.

Dec. 8

John F. Kinkaid, Jr., 24, 3518 Marion Drive, Hamilton, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Troy M. Csomos, 22, 7848 Road E, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete alcohol and drug assessment. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

Dec. 10

William W. Wildermuth, 32, D789 County Road 18, Holgate, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $100 fine and no contact with victim for one year.
