Allen County Hazard Mitigation Plan to be updated


LIMA — The Allen County Hazard Mitigation Plan is currently being updated. It is necessary to update the plan every five years so the area remains eligible for pre-disaster and post-disaster mitigation grant programs.

Residents of Allen County can view the draft plan by going to www.burtonplanning.com/Allen-hmp. The public comment period started Dec. 17 and ends Jan. 1.
