LIMA — A Delphos man will be sentenced next month after pleading guilty Friday morning to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a felony of the fourth degree.
Andrew Graham was indicted by an Allen County grand jury in September on a third-degree felony count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor for an incident allegedly involving a 14-year-old female on or about June 28 of this year.
As part of a negotiated agreement, prosecutors amended the count by removing language that Graham was 10 or more years older than the alleged victim at the time of the incident.
Judge Jeffrey Reed said Graham will be labeled a Tier 2 sex offender and as such will be required to register with the authorities in the counties in which he works and/or lives every six months for the next 25 years.
Reed ordered a pre-sentence investigation and set sentencing for Jan. 25.
Details of the case were shielded from the public when the affidavit surrounding Graham’s arrest was sealed in Lima Municipal Court.
