Putnam County Common Pleas Court
The following individuals were indicted Wednesday following a session of the Putnam County Grand Jury.
Juan R. Coronado, 26, 410 Mill St., Leipsic; endangering children and telecommunications harassment, a misdemeanor.
Quinn P. Kaufman, 29, 231 Riverview Drive, Ottawa; felonious assault.
Joshua W. Bowers, 34, 500 Main St., Apt. 2, Columbus Grove; felonious assault and domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Travis T. Tapia, 33, 9952 State Route 109, Ottawa; domestic violence.
Donald J. Shartell, 55, 15330 Road 5N, Pandora; felonious assault and assault.
David J. Cole, 49, 409 W. Main St., Leipsic; vandalism.
Christopher R. Barton, 34, 9842 Road 19, Cloverdale; grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Dilyn A. Warnimont, 23, 214 S. Williams St., Apt. 11, Paulding; grand theft when the property is a firearm or dangerous ordnance and theft from a person in a protected class.
Justin N. Gutierrez, 28, 805 E. Second St., Ottawa; burglary and theft.
Dylan B. Okuley, 24, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa; felonious assault, and domestic violence, aggravated menacing and criminal damaging or endangering, misdemeanors.
Jacob Ridinger, 40, 9752 State Route 65, Ottawa; domestic violence.
Danny L. Ruiz, 46, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa; aggravated burglary, felonious assault, domestic violence, violating a protection order, disrupting public services, trespass in a habitation, grand theft of a motor vehicle and violating a protection order.
David W. Daniels, 54, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa; felonious assault and domestic violence.
Mark A. Dodd, 38, 1122 S. Clinton St., Defiance; domestic violence and retaliation.
Cory J. Chamberlin, 29, 45 Vine St., Unit A8, Leipsic; failure to provide notice of change of address.
Jeremy J. Detwiler, 29, 10921 Road 20J, Cloverdale, was sentenced to two 12-month terms in prison for violating community control. The violations included using drugs, operating a motor vehicle out the scope of privileges and was found speeding. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently. He had been convicted of attempting tampering with evidence and aggravated possession of drugs.
Donald S. Gibson, 22, 7990 Road 12, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for assault. The judge suspended 165 days of the jail sentence and fined $1,000 which was suspended pending successful completion of probation. He must complete all counseling and treatment and pay $3,200 in restitution to the victim.
Michelle R. Lambert, Continental, and Zachery T. Lambert, Oakwood, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 30, 2016 in Putnam County and have two children.
Lauren Zachrich, Ottawa, and Timothy Zachrich, Leipsic were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 3, 2012 and have no children.
Joy E. Howard, 32, 257 Wayne St., Ottoville, was sentenced to 180 days jail for attempted identity fraud and misuse of credit cards. The judge suspended 177 days jail and fined her $1,000. The fine was suspended pending successful completion of probation. She must successfully complete all counseling and treatment.
Brian W. McCrate, Ottawa, and Tanya L. McCrate, Tiffin, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Jan. 15, 2012 in Ottawa and have no children.
Jayson R. Bame, 49, 206 North St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 60 days jail for attempted aggravated vehicular assault. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for two days served. His license was suspended for one year. He was ordered to complete all counseling and treatment recommended. Charges of attempt to commit an offense and aggravated menacing were dismissed.
He was also sentenced to 180 days jail for domestic violence. The judge suspended 178 days and fined him $1,000. The fine was suspended pending successful completion of probation.
According to court documents, Bame is accused of causing harm or attempting to cause harm to the victim on April 1 while driving a red Ford Pickup truck on US Route 224 and County Road 5. Documents indicate he intentionally struck the victim’s motor vehicle with his motor vehicle. Another charge was Bame caused harm or attempted to cause harm to a family or household member while at 206 North St., Columbus Grove.
Tanica L. Wilson, 43, 2418 Willishire Drive, Lima, was sentenced to 30 days jail for two counts of complicity. She was placed on five years community control. She must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.
Jacquelyn N. Hiegel, 38, 3909 Road 6, Leipsic, was sentenced to 240 days in jail for violating community control. She was placed on five years community control and given credit for 225 days served. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She was originally convicted of possession of drugs (methamphetamines).
Chad A. Metzger, Columbus Grove, and Shari M. Metzger, Findlay, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married March 29, 2008 and have three children.
Travis Tapia, 33, 9952 State Route 109, Ottawa, was sentenced to 30 days jail for being in contempt of court. He was found in arrears in making child support payments.
David M. Berridge, Jr., 26, 938 Harrison Ave., Defiance, was sentence to 90 days jail and fined $1,000 for failing to make child support payments. The jail and fine were suspended provided he remain current in his payments and comply with all the rules of the child support enforcement agency.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions
Jeremy T. Warnecke, 39, 207 Pearl St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI second offense. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $475 suspended, three-year license suspension and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Another count of OVI and lanes of travel were dismissed.
