Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Oct. 16

Shelby N. Moneer, 29, 1554 Plainfield Drive, Lima, was sentenced to 180 days jail for attempted aggravated possession of drugs and fined $1,000. The jail and fine were suspended pending successful completion of probation. She must complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Oct. 21

Derrick A. Clark, 40,13419 Oris Ave., Defiance, was given credit for an additional 12 days of jail served for work performed at the Putnam County Adult Detention facility. He was serving a 180-day sentence for illegal assembly of drugs.

Ryan L. Hefner, Sr., 44, 111 S. Pearl St., Lot 6, Columbus Grove, was given credit for an additional six days of jail served for work performed at the Putnam County Adult Detention facility. He is scheduled to be released Nov. 3. He was serving a nine-month sentence for violating the terms of community control.

Oct. 22

David J. Cole, 49, 409 W. Main St., Leipsic, was sentenced to one year in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included possessing methamphetamine, taking property from the sheriff’s office without consent, failing to complete the PASSPOINT screenings weekly or complete the SEARCH program. He was given credit for 177 days served.

Cory J. Chamberlin, 29, 4981 County Road 86, Findlay, was sentenced to 180 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include failing to register with the sheriff’s department, changing addresses without permission and using marijuana and alcohol. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 55 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He is to have no contact with the victim. He was originally convicted of having unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Lauren M. Gerten, Ottawa, and Reese L. Dunn, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 7, 2016 in Killeen, Texas, and have one child.

Denise L. Gayhart, Ottawa, and James R. Gayhart, Fort Wayne, Ind., were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 16, 2016 in Cridersville and have no children.

Putnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke, Ottawa, v. Nancy J. Greve, Ottawa; foreclosure of liens for delinquent land taxes ($47,320.26).

Michelle R. Lambert, Continental, and Zachery T. Lambert, Oakwood; dissolution of marriage with children.

Chad A. Metzger, Columbus Grove, and Sheri M. Metzger, Findlay; dissolution of marriage with children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Oct. 13

Jeremy L. Verhoff, 26, 209 N. Third St., Kalida, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, no contact with victim or be present on victim’s property for one year.

Oct. 15

Kevin C. Sealscott, 35, 6620 Shady Oaks Place, Westerville, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, license suspended one year, with credit given for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, two other counts of OVI and failure to display reg/expired plates were dismissed.

Oct. 19

Quinn P. Kaufman, 29, 231 Riverview Drive, Ottawa, charged with felonious assault, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Juan R. Coronado, 26, 410 Mill St., Leipsic, charged with endangering children a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Oct. 20

Sierra A. Kiessling, 33, 23090 Road Q, Lot B, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.

Tyree D. Dewitt, 28, 1002 Spencerville Road, Delphos, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $250 fine. Charges of assault and menacing were dismissed.

Oct. 21

Terry L. Keller, 46, 20631 Road P, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $250 fine.

Oct. 22

Justin Lammers, 22, 216 E. Mathias St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine.
