Larry J. Burkhart, 76, 11420 State Route 634, Cloverdale; 3 counts rape and 6 counts gross sexual imposition.

Andrew M. Woods, 25, 11059 Road 16, Ottawa; tampering with evidence.

Steven K. Sheeks, 54, 21607 County Road A, Continental; aggravated possession of drugs.

Sebastian L. Hernandez, 25, 571 W. Main St., Leipsic; failure to appear as required by recognizance.

Todd M. Settlemire, 35, 411 W. Sugar St., Leipsic; receiving stolen property.

Brad A. Carpenter, 45, 614 Putnam St., Findlay; counterfeiting.

Jennifer J. Gillette, 29, 520 S. Walnut St., Ottawa; aggravated possession of drugs.

Joshua B. Miller, 42, 404 S. Main St., Columbus Grove; rape.

Dylan M. Palmer, 19, 501 Sugar St., Continental; failure to provide notice of change of address.

Josalyna L. Baney, 37, 215 N. Orchard St., Lot 12, Leipsic; receiving stolen property.

Phillip D. Baney, 55, 512 Orchard St., Lot 12, Leipsic; breaking and entering, theft and receiving stolen property.

James C. Berger, 30, 68 Main St., West Leipsic; breaking and entering, theft and receiving stolen property.

James A. Wagler, 62, 524 S. Eastom St., Leipsic; theft.

Breanna V. Ward, 22, 2257 Shipman Road, Lucedale, Miss.; theft.

Michelle A. Hilton, 52, 500 N. Clinton St., Suite 1, Defiance, aggravated possession of drugs.

Oct. 1

Tanica L. Wilson, 43, 2418 Willishire Drive, Lima, pleaded guilty to two counts of complicity. She faces up to 24 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1:30 p.m. Nov. 5.

Oct. 5

Donald S. Gibson, 21, 7990 Road 12, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault. He faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3 p.m. Nov. 30.

Oct. 7

Joni Breese, Columbus Grove, and Brandon Breese, Ohio City, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 23, 2014 in Columbus Grove and have no children.

Oct. 8

Colin R. Sickels, 25, 5645 Port St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 180 days jail for vehicular assault and fined $1,000. The judge suspended 90 days as well as the fine pending successful completion of probation. He also must pay restitution of $28,931.18 and his license was suspended for two years. He must complete all treatment and counseling recommended.

According to reports of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Sickles was driving his 2012 Ford Fusion south on County Road 21 in Jennings Township at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 2, 2020. Reports show Sickels failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of State Route 189 and collided with a 2009 Nissan Sentra traveling east on State Route 189 driven by Ronnette E. St. Pierre, 49, of Fort Jennings. The impact caused Ronnette’s car to roll and she was trapped in the wreckage. Ronette was extracted from the car by the Fort Jennings Fire Department and taken to Mercy Health St. Rita’s. Sickels had refused treatment at the scene, according to reports.

Jacob M. Carillo, 25, 1291 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. Nov. 12.

Dustin A. Patty, 25, A846 County Road 13, New Bavaria, was sentenced to 17 months in prison for grand theft of a motor vehicle. He was given credit for 156 days served and any additional days pending transfer to prison.

Oct. 9

Joy E. Howard, 32, 257 Wayne St., Ottoville, pleaded guilty to attempted identity fraud and misuse of credit cards, both misdemeanors. She faces up to 12 months in jail and $2,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3:30 p.m. Nov. 30.

Oct. 14

Jonathon E. Maag, Continental, and Barbara A. Maag, Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 12, 2001 in Continental and have no minor children.

Lori Osborn, Ottawa, and Ray J. Osborn, Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 13, 2007 and have one child.

Oct. 15

Peter Lotzer II, 34, 11 Hideway Drive, Lima, pleaded guilty to attempted having weapons under disability. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Nov. 30. Charges of tampering with evidence and unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance were dismissed.

Alexander N. Burris, 32, 2145 Summit St., Columbus, was sentenced to six months in the Putnam County Jail for forgery. He was granted 103 days credit for time previously served.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Oct. 5

Christine A. Rich, 42, 460 S. Oak St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to endangering children. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and must perform 40 hours of community service. A charge of complicity was dismissed.

Oct. 6

Jamie L. Stateler, 48, 640 E. Holmes St., Lot 29, Deshler, found guilty of menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $250 fine, no contact with victim, their family or property for two years and no firearm or dangerous weapon allowed.

Nathan S. Steinhauser, 18, 1448 Fergus Road, Grove City, pleaded to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine, six-month license suspension.

October 7

Nancy L. Haunhorst, 57, 1601 S. Bredeick St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine.

October 8

Tyler A. Pannell, 25, 15932 County Road S, Pioneer, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 and a six-month license suspension. He was also fined $50 for speeding.

Oct. 13

Jeremy L. Verhoff, 26, 209 N. Third St., Kalida, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine and no contact with the victim or contact with their property for one year.

Becky C. Hanneman, 33, 14701 Road K-14, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to amended charges of three counts criminal damaging. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, suspended, complete all case plans with Jobs and Family Services and complete mental health assessment. A charge of endangering children was dismissed.
