Bluffton’s fall choral concert streamed virtually

BLUFFTON — Bluffton Unversity’s fall choral concert will be streamed online at bluffton.edu/mus starting at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25.

There will be a pre-concert talk with conductor Dr. Bo Young Kang at 2 p.m. with audience members via Zoom. Visit bluffton.edu/mus for information and access to the meeting.

The concert includes the Camerata Singers performing “In Remembrance” and “The Pasture,” while the University Chorale will perform “If Music Be the Food of Love,” “I Will Be a Child of Peace” and “Swingin’ with the Saints.”

A free-will offering for music scholarships will be taken at bluffton.edu/givetomusic.

BLUFFTON, Ohio—Bluffton University’s fall choral concert featuring Camerata Singers and University Chorale will be streamed for viewing at www.bluffton.edu/mus starting at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 25.

At 2 p.m., the conductor will do a pre-concert talk with audience members via Zoom. Visit www.bluffton.edu/mus for more information and access to the Zoom meeting.

Under the direction of Dr. Bo Young Kang, director of choral activities, the concert will feature two pieces performed by Camerata Singers including “In Remembrance” by Eleanor Daley and “The Pasture” with text by Robert Frost and music by Z. Randall Stroope.

University Chorale will perform three pieces including “If Music Be the Food of Love, “I Will Be a Child of Peace” and “Swingin’ with the Saints.”

Since the concert is being held virtually, free-will offerings will be taken for music scholarships at www.bluffton.edu/givetomusic.
