Aug. 14

Jason R. Tackett, Cloverdale, was granted a divorce from Melissa S. Tackett, Willard. They were married May 11, 2002 in Tiro and have two children.

Aug. 17

Joshua A. Longbrake, 44, 103 West St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:15 a.m. Aug. 27.

Aug. 20

Dale E. Collins, 48, 759 E. Perry St., Lot 12, Paulding, was found in violation of community control sanctions. The violations included consuming heroin. He will be sentenced at 3 p.m. Sept. 14. He was originally convicted of possession of drugs.

Aug. 21

Tyler J. Duling, 29, 19497 State Route 115, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 180 days jail for domestic violence and fined him $1,000. The judge suspended 170 days of the jail, the fine, and gave him credit for two days served. Duling must complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Joni Breese, Columbus Grove, and Brandon Breese, Ohio City; dissolution of marriage without children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Aug. 13

Chad A. Carpenter, 49, 20951 Road 48, Grover Hill, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: $100 fine.

Aug. 17

Zachary R. Baker, 33, 6656 Von Horn Road, Convoy, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, suspended, pay restitution of $1,099.97 to Leipsic Village-Do-It-Best Hardware, $578.99 to Ottoville Hardware. Another charge of theft was dismissed.

Kristopher L. Sigler, 31, 1819 Mound Road, Lima, pleaded guilty to drive under suspension. Sentence: $250 fine.

Aug. 18

Kimberly J. Podraski, 49, 828 E. Third St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to failure to file state sales tax. Sentence: $150 fine.

Geoffrey L. Ketcham, 25, 229 N. Cass St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, $100 suspended, and complete an alcohol/drug abuse assessment. Charges of using weapons while intoxicated and speeding were dismissed.

Richard M. Freed, Jr., 20, 311 E. Cross St., Columbus Grove, was found to have violated the terms and conditions of probation. Sentence: 25 days jail. Charges of aggravated menacing and persistent disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Jesse M. Hartman, 33, 23090 Road Q, Lot A, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit given for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Charges of failure to reinstate and failure to control were dismissed.
