Michael T. Huizenga, 53, 2764 Road 22-B, Continental; having weapons under disability.

Joy E. Howard, 32, 257 Wayne St., Ottoville; identity fraud and misuse of credit card.

Roberto F. Garza, 21, 117 W. Sugar St., Leipsic; two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; two counts gross sexual imposition.

Jacob Carillo, 25, 1291 N. Defiance St., Ottawa; tampering with evidence.

Tanica L. Wilson, 43, 946 Florence Ave., Lima; three counts complicity.

Kristina N. Owens, 27, 1921 Birch Ave., Lima; tampering with records, forgery, identity fraud.

Storm L. Roberts, 28, 312 E. Main St., Deshler; aggravated possession of drugs.

Marcus D. Hughes, 58, 210 Selhorst Drive, Ottawa; receiving stolen property and misuse of credit cards.

Dylan R. Hall, 24, 726 S. Shoop Ave., Wauseon; aggravated possession of drugs.

Tony Lomeli, 49, 204 E. Broadway St., Leipsic; abduction, failure to comply with order of police officer, intimidation, assault and resisting arrest.

David J. Cole, 49, 409 W. Main St., Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs.

Aug. 6

Darien D. Collins, 24, 12 E. Worley St., Dayton, was sentenced to 180 days jail for an amended charge of theft. The judge suspended 175 days of the sentence and he was ordered to pay restitution of $211.20 to Teds Market, Pandora.

Aug. 10

Brandie D. Grandey, 42, 2734 Harrison Ave., Unit 5, Cincinnati, was sentenced to 180 days jail for aggravated possession of drugs. She was given credit for 60 days served and placed on five years community control. She was referred to the WORTH Center program and if accepted, can go there in lieu of the jail sentence.

Nicole A. Hirdes, Leipsic, and Ronald Hirdes, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 1, 2017, in Van Buren and have two children.

Aug. 11

Julian Hinojosa, 24, 504 E. Third St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 120 days jail for attempted possession of drugs (cocaine) and operating a vehicle under the influence and fined $1,000. He was given credit for 40 days served and $625 of the fine was suspended. His license was suspended for one year. A charge of turn and stop signs were dismissed.

Eric J. Guerra, 33, 505 N. Walnut St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 fine. Bond was continued with the condition of no contact with the victim while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 8:30 a.m. Sept. 14.

Breanna L. Zavala, Cleveland, was granted a divorce from Marcos J. Zavala, Ottawa. They were married Nov. 13, 2018 in Leipsic and have three children.

Aug. 13

Derrick A. Clark, 40, 13419 Oris Ave., Defiance, was sentenced to 180 days jail for illegal assembly of drugs. He was given credit for three days served and placed on five years community control. He must successfully complete all treatment and counseling recommended.

John A. Hutchins, 50, 705 W. Indiana St., #22, Edon, was sentenced to 180 days jail for aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines). He was given credit for one day served and placed on five years community control. He was referred to the WORTH Center in lieu of jail.

Derrick A. Clark, 40, 13419 Oris Ave., Defiance, was sentenced to 180 days jail for aggravated possession of drugs. He was given credit for three days served and placed on five years community control. He must complete all treatment and counseling recommended. He was originally charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and aggravated possession of drugs.

Kristy F. Vermilyen, 34, 153 S. Oak St., Apt. C, Ottawa, was sentenced to 245 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using methamphetamines on multiple occasions. She was given credit for 200 days served and placed on five years community control. She must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She had been convicted of possession of drugs (cocaine).

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Aug. 11

Adolfo G. Noriega, 67, 503 W. Elm St., Belmore, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, three-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of open container and failure to control were dismissed.

Gerald W. Meyers, 67, 31 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded no contest to persistent disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, no contact with the victim or one year.

Terry L. Dockery, Jr., 44, 300 Oak St., Continental, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $150 fine. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

Logan J. Kemper, 20, 16352 Road 25P, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP and complete drug and alcohol assessment.

Alexander G. Stephens, 20, 121 E. Lehr Ave., Ada, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.

Dana S. Schnipke, 44, 1855 State Route 12E, Pandora, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP and complete an alcohol and drug assessment. Charges of failure to control and open container were dismissed.

Aug. 13

Robert D. Helms, 28, 3330 Schooler Road, Cridersville, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: $1,000 fine, $500 suspended.

Kimberly S. Verhoff, 41, 424 E. Sycamore St., Lot 23, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks. Sentence: 10 days jail, seven days suspended, $100 fine.
