Meth lab discovered by Hardin County task force


KENTON — The Hardin County Crime Task Force discovered a methamphetamine lab and other items during the execution of a search warrant Tuesday.

According to Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart, the task force served the warrant at 520 W. Franklin St., Kenton. In addition to the meth lab, task force members found several stolen items and criminal tools. The matter remains under investigation.

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, the Kenton Police Department and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification assisted the task force at the scene.
