Gas prices rise slightly from last week

LIMA — Ohio gas prices have risen 2.9 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.10 per gallon on Monday, according to a daily survey of 5,345 stations in Ohio by GasBuddy. That’s still 8.3 cents per gallon lower than one month ago and 52.1 cents per gallon lower than this time last year.

Average price per gallon in the region as of Monday morning, according to GasBuddy:

• Allen County: $2.05

• Auglaize County: $2.04

• Hancock County: $1.96

• Hardin County: $2.03

• Logan County: $2.15

• Mercer County: $2.12

• Putnam County: $2.17

• Shelby County: $2.09

• Van Wert County: $2.04

The cheapest station in Ohio was reported at $1.82 per gallon, while the most expensive station reported prices of $2.39 per gallon, according to GasBuddy.
