July 27

Autumn M. Brickner, Continental, and Anthony A. Artressia, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 1, 2017 in Findlay and have no children.

July 28

Josiah R. Logan, 45, 7841 Road 25, Continental, was sentenced to 90 days jail for attempted domestic violence. He was placed on five years’ community control and given credit for three days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all treatment and counseling recommended.

Terry L. Phillips, 62, 19563 Road 20, Fort Jennings, was sentenced to 20 days jail for attempted failure to provide notice of change of address. He was placed on five years community and must successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Ronald E. Phillips, 42, 6325 Garden Road, Apt. 22, Maumee, was sentenced to 210 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included obtaining counterfeit money, possessing cocaine and counterfeit money and failure to report to his supervising officer. He was placed on five years’ community control and was given credit for 204 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete any counseling and treatment recommended. He must have no contact with the victim and pay $7,354.36 to the Fort Jennings State Bank and $332.50 to the victim. He had been convicted of forgery.

Tanya A. Kurtz, 46, 446 Center St., Findlay, was sentenced to 180 days jail for attempted identity theft and theft. She was placed on five years community control, must obtain, and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She must pay restitution of $13,645.45 to victim.

Sara M. Recker, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Wayne J. Recker, Ottawa. They were married Sept. 22, 2006 in Ottawa and have no children.

July 29

Elizabeth C. Snively, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Daniel Snively, Ottawa. They were married May 4, 2007 and have one child.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

July 27

Charles J. Gillette, 33, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 66, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under suspension. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.

July 28

Broc L. Baughman, 30, 175 Wayne St., Ottoville, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine and no be present at Express Mart, Ottoville, for one year. Two counts criminal trespass were dismissed.

Juan Coronado, Jr., 26, 153 S. Oak St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension.

July 29

Travis J. Eickholt, 27, 23438 Road N, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to OVI second offense. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, fined $1,000, three-year license suspension, and complete an alcohol and drug assessment, with credit for 10 days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of left of center was dismissed.

July 30

Todd E. Hensley, 51, 124 Riverview Drive, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to domestic violence and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, fined $100 and complete mental health assessment.
