BLUFFTON — The Bluffton Public Library will host the program “Staying Connected to Utilities During COVID and Beyond” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, via Zoom.

Amy Carles, senior outreach and education specialist with the office of the Ohio Consumers’ Council will discuss financial assistance programs, disconnection and reconnection rights and extended payment arrangements. To register and receive the Zoom link, email psc@blufftonpubliclibrary.org.
