Lima’s Ethan Jordan painted an Allen County Fair harness racing scene during an on-site paint session at Lima Memorial Health System on Wednesday afternoon. Jordan painted familiar buildings, scenes and landmarks for the newly remodeled Inpatient Rehabilitation Center.
