Defendants sentenced in Allen County courtrooms


LIMA — The following persons were sentenced recently in Allen County Common Pleas Court:

Brandon Brown, 38, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, was sentenced to 16 months in prison for grand theft and breaking and entering.

Jason Kimmet, 39, of Delphos, was sentenced to three years on probation for aggravated possession of drugs.

Rosie Ball, 53, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation for the illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified government facility.

Jordan York, 20, of Harrod, was sentenced to three years on probation and ordered to make restitution in the amount of $1,643 on charges of grand theft and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

Tammy Steiner, 49, of Lima, was sentenced to two years on probation for the possession of cocaine.

Dakota Minnich, 25, of Wapakoneta, was sentenced to 30 months in prison on charges of theft from a person in a protected class and burglary. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2,972 to the victim in the case.

Brandon Jackson, 22, of Lima, was sentenced to 3-4 1/2 years in prison on charges of improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation and aggravated assault.

Angela Striff, 33, of Lima, was sentenced to three years on probation on a charge of domestic violence.
