Teresa M. Dear, 25, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B7, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 50 days jail for violating standards of community control. The violations included violating the stay at home order and failing to provide proper care for three minors. She was given credit for time served, must obtain, and maintain employment, and successfully complete all treatment recommended. She was originally convicted of improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
Ryan L. Hefner, Sr., 44, 111 S. Pearl St., Lot 6, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 190 days for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included being unsuccessfully discharged from Pathways Counseling Center. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 158 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He had been convicted of possession of drugs (heroin).
Tyler J. Duling, 29, 19497 State Route 115, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to domestic violence, a misdemeanor. He faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued with restrictions of while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Sept. 3.
Paul J. Bakle, 37, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa, was sentenced to eight months in jail for attempted counterfeiting. He was given credit for 222 days served. Charges of tampering with evidence, two counts counterfeiting, and failing to comply with the order of a police officer were dismissed.
Cameron Q. Morris, 20, 2590 County Road 203, McComb, pleaded guilty to burglary. He faces up to 8-12 years in prison and $15,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Sept. 3.
Kevin M. Arnone, 35, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to grand theft. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. Sept. 3.
Teresa A. Taylor, 39, 71 Avondale Ave., Columbus, was placed on two years community control for attempted improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle. She must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all treatment and counseling recommended.
Kenneth T. Richey, 55, 3295 Sullivant Ave., Apt. L, Columbus, was found guilty to four counts retaliation following a two-day jury trial. Sentencing was scheduled for 10 a.m. Aug 14. He was originally charged with 12 counts retaliation, four counts violating a protection order and tampering with evidence.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions
Casey N. Roller, 32, 809 Oak Parkway, Kalida, pleaded guilty to second offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $1,000 fine, seven-year license suspension and complete drug and alcohol assessment. A charge of driving under OVI suspension was dismissed.
Mark A. Dodd, 38, 1122 S. Clinton, Defiance, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to Common Pleas Court.
Michael Sparrow, 29, 2104 Middle Point Road, Grover Hill, pleaded guilty to OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $250 fine.
