The following individuals were indicted June 30 following a session of the Putnam County Grand Jury.

Marcus J. Zavala, 26, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa; felonious assault and endangering children.

Daniel F. Salazar, 37, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa; rape and unlawful sexual conducted with a minor.

Dekwante D. Snodgrass, 24, 101 Tecumseh Drive, Findlay; domestic violence.

Jayson R. Bame, 49, 206 North St., Columbus Grove; felonious assault, attempt to commit an offense, domestic violence, and aggravated menacing.

John W. Barnhart, Jr., 29, Orient; aggravated vehicular homicide, two counts OVI.

John M. Wells, 56, 518½ S. Main St., Bluffton; possession of Methamphetamine.

Aaron M. Almanza, 30, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. C11, Columbus Grove; trafficking in drugs.

Richard L. Ream, 37, 1939 N. Defiance St., Lot 14, Ottawa; trafficking in drugs (cocaine).

David J. Cole, 48, 409 W. Main St., Leipsic; escape.

Joshua A. Longbrake, 44, 103 West St., Columbus Grove; domestic violence.

Tyler J. Duling, 29, 19497 State Route 115, Columbus Grove; domestic violence.

June 29

Heather Burris Blair, 42, 530 E. Kibby St., Lima, was sentenced to nine months jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included failing to report to her supervisor as required. She was given credit for six months served. She was originally convicted of felony nonsupport.

Josiah R. Logan, 45, 7841 Road 25, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 3 p.m. July 27.

July 1

Rogelio L. Pardo, 39, 226 W. Third St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 225 days in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included being in possession of drugs. He was given credit for 135 days served and was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment, obtain a GED, and have no contact with Kimberly Okuley.

Terry Howard, Ottawa, and Chelsey Howard, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Jan. 2, 2014 in San Diego, Calif., and have two children.

July 2

Summer J. Myers, 42, 2915 Napoleon Road, Harrod, was sentenced to 180 days jail for theft and fined $1,000. The judge suspended the jail sentence and the fine pending successful completion of probation.

Brooke E. Peck, 25, 7345 Road 7D, Leipsic, was sentenced to 90 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included being in possession of drugs. She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She was originally convicted of aggravated possession of drugs.

Nicole A. Hirdes, Leipsic, and Ronald Hirdes, Leipsic; dissolution of marriage with children.

Deitering Landscaping, Inc., Leipsic, Ground Control Erosion Control Services, LLC, Leipsic, and Kenneth J. Deitering, Leipsic, v. Brett W. Deitering, McComb, Advanced Excavating & Demolition, LLC, Findlay, and Advanced Environmental Services, LLC, McComb; other civil.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

June 30

Ashley J. Stechschulte, 37, 19191 Road 20, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. A charge of failure to display was dismissed.

John M. Sargent, 55, 1001 N. Defiance St., Apt. 5B, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving under suspension. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of taillights required was dismissed.

Nancy L. Haunhorst, 57, 1601 S. Bredeick St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine.

John M. Stephens, 40, 212 E. Mathias St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentence: 90 days jail, 87 days suspended, $150 fine. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Alexander M. Hill, 26, 220 W. First St., Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. Charges of turn signals, seat belt, drug abuse possession and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
