June 11

Derrick A. Clark, 40, 13419 Oris Ave., Defiance, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of illegal assembly of drugs. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 13.

Terry L. Phillips, 62, 19563 Road 20, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to attempted failure to register. He faces up to 18 months in prison in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. Aug. 6.

Ronda Jacques, Kalida, and Pierre Jacques, Kalida; dissolution of marriage without children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

June 11

Anthony E. Hall Jr., 19, 421 Seneca St., Defiance, pleaded guilty to second offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $1,000 fines, $475 suspended, three-year license and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Charges of speeding and driving under OVI suspension were dismissed.

Chadd M. Sigler, 40, 85 Griffin Drive, Nicholasville, Ky., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine.

Alex M. Snipes, 18, 1897 Road L, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: fined $100.

June 15

Emily K. Schoepfle, 27, 250 N. Cox St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, fined $100, suspended, must perform 40 hours community service.

Luis Rodriguez Cruz, 32, 308 E. Main St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, fined $750, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of driving without a license and marked lanes were dismissed.

June 18

Bobbie A. Breitigam, 56, 105 Delphos Road, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, no fine, court costs only.

Terrence L. Hunt, 38, 251 Concord Drive, Suite 9, Ottawa, was found guilty following a trial to the court on two counts interference with custody. Sentence: 180 days jail both counts, suspended both counts, and pay court costs.

Amanda D. Rodriguez, 36, 1235 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, fined $100 and must perform 30 hours community service.

Brian J. Schuller, 53, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B1, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to second offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, fined $1,000, $475 suspended, five-year license suspension and complete alcohol and drug assessment. A charge of display of lighted lights was dismissed.
