Putnam County Common Pleas Court

June 4

Roger R. Leimgruber, 39, 219 Midland Ave., Findlay, was sentenced to 120 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included not making court-ordered child support payments or paying his court-ordered obligations. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 60 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He had been convicted on nonsupport of dependents.

Darien D. Collins, 23, 12 E. Worley St., Dayton, pleaded guilty to a charge of amended theft. He faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was amended to an OR bond while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. Aug. 6. The state is recommending payment of restitution of $211.20.

June 5

Matthew J. Aguirre, 30, 313 E. Cross St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to importuning. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conduced with sentencing set for 2 p.m. Aug. 6.

June 12

Christina R. Hemker, 31, 22528 Road O-22, Fort Jennings, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included stealing a motor vehicle from a dealership in Piqua, failing to comply with an order of a police officer, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, consuming methamphetamines, and failing to report to her supervising officer. The prison time is to be served consecutive to a case imposed in Van Wert County. She is given credit for 229 days served and any additional days awaiting transportation to the facility. She was originally convicted of burglary.

Kandi M Snyder, 36, 621 Superior St., Melrose, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine. Charges of drug paraphernalia, drug abuse/possession and muffler required were dismissed.

June 9

Isaiah R. Siefker, 18, 12467 Road 11, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 20 days suspended, and no contact with victim for one year.
