Local students graduate from Bluffton University


BLUFFTON — Bluffton University recently honored graduates.

Local students who earned degrees:

Andrew Renner of Cairo earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Bluffton University.

Mary Bias of Lima earned a bachelor’s degree in art from Bluffton University. Bias was the recipient of the Studio Art Distinguished Scholar Award.

Alyssa Bowers of Lima earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Bluffton University.

Dylan Burkholder of Lima earned a bachelor’s degree in pre-physical therapy from Bluffton University. Burkholder graduated as a member of the C. Henry Smith Scholar Program.

Taylor Cook of Lima earned a bachelor’s degree in TESOL with education studies and English minors from Bluffton University. Cook was the recipient of the TESOL Distinguished Scholar Award.

Rose Hayes of Lima, earned bachelor’s degrees in biology and pre-medicine from Bluffton University. Hayes was the recipient of the Biology and Pre-Medicine Distinguished Scholar Awards. Hayes graduated as a member of the C. Henry Smith Scholar Program and the 2019-20 Pi Delta Society.

Nicholas Hoffman of Lima earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration from Bluffton University.

Miriam Fike of Lima earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design with a TESOL minor from Bluffton University.

Jeremy Mohler of Lima earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an economics minor from Bluffton University.

Joseph Watkins of Lima earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and sport management from Bluffton University.

Bailie Barrington of Waynesfield earned a bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology and audiology from Bluffton University.

Victoria Bowen of Elida earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bluffton University. Bowen graduated as a member of the C. Henry Smith Scholar Program and the 2019-20 Pi Delta Society.

Brayden Sautter of Columbus Grove earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management with business administration, coaching and economics minors from Bluffton University. Sautter was the recipient of the Sport Management Distinguished Scholar Award. Sautter graduated as a member of the 2019-20 Pi Delta Society.

Brianna Wicker of Columbus Grove earned a bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology and audiology from Bluffton University. Wicker graduated as a member of the 2019-20 Pi Delta Society.

Kordell Stover of Ottawa earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bluffton University.

Brandon Amstutz of Ottoville earned a bachelor’s degree in intervention specialist with a coaching minor from Bluffton University.

Danielle Ray of Van Wert earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and intervention specialist from Bluffton University.
