ALLEN COUNTY

INTERSTATE 75 PROJECTS

Interstate 75 between Napoleon Road and state Route 235, just south of the village of Beaverdam to three miles north of the village of Bluffton, in Allen and Hancock counties, will experience lane restrictions and ramp closures for paving and reconstruction through November 2020. CONTINUING IMPACTS

Lane restrictions will occur between Napoleon Rd. and SR 235.

At SR 696 at Beaverdam traffic one lane of I-75 southbound traffic is shifted onto the northbound side of the highway.

State Route 65/Elm Street and Pine Street at their intersection in the city of Lima will close June 1 for replacement of the bridges over the Ottawa River. Completion is expected in late fall 2020. The work will be performed by Miller Brothers Construction, Archbold. Visit the project page for more information.

CONTINUING IMPACT

Elm Street and Pine Street intersection is closed at the bridges.

Eastbound detour: Central Ave. to Market St. to Bellefontaine Ave (SR 309/SR 117).

Westbound detour: Bellefontaine Ave (SR 309/ SR 117) to Market St. to S. Union St.

State Route 66 between the city of Delphos and the village of Spencerville is open following a closure for chip seal operations.

State Route 81 between Allentown Road and state Route 66 will have lane restrictions for striping operations. The Shelley Company, Findlay, serves as general contractor.

State Route 81 from Roush Road, just east of the city of Lima to State Route 235 in Hardin County, will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for chip seal operations. Work is being performed the ODOT Allen County maintenance garage.

State Route 81 over the Ottawa River approximately two miles east of the city of Lima is closed for a bridge deck replacement through July 2020. Miller Brother Construction, Inc., Archbold, serves as the general contractor.

NEW IMPACT

Sandusky Road at SR 81 will close June 8 through approximately July 10.

State Route 117 (Shawnee Road) between Garden Boulevard and Cable Road, in the city of Lima, will be close June 15 for approximately 45 days for bridge maintenance and repair. Complete General Construction Co., Columbus, will be the general contractor.

UPCOMING IMPACT

Detour: Easttown Road to Elm Street to Woodlawn Avenue (SR 117).

State Route 117/state Route 309 in Lima may have lane restrictions at the intersection of Elm Street, Bellefontaine Avenue, and Calumet Avenue for a project to construct a roundabout. CONTINUING IMPACT

Both eastbound and westbound SR 117/SR 309 traffic are open and traveling on the roundabout.

State Route 117 (Elm Street) between Woodlawn Avenue and Union Street, in the city of Lima, will have lane restrictions for work on sidewalk ramps. The work will be performed by Smith Paving, Norwalk.

AUGLAIZE COUNTY

I-75

Interstate 75 Bridge repairs – I-75 will be reduced to one lane in each direction between SR 33 and SR 219 on Monday, May 18 through Friday, June 19.

US 33

U.S. 33 Resurfacing – U.S. 33 will experience one lane closure in each direction between County Road 25A and Cemetery Road on Monday, June 8 through Friday, June 26.Traffic will be maintained in the work zone.

State Route 67 Pavement repairs – two lanes of SR 67 will close between SR 65 and SR 117, in each direction, on Wednesday, June 10 through Monday, June 15. Flaggers will maintain traffic in the work zone.

State Route 219 Bridge repairs – SR 219 will experience lane restrictions between East Street and Newcomer Lane, in each direction, on Monday, June 8 through Wednesday, July 22 from 6 a.m. – 5 p.m. for bridgework.

UPCOMING IMPACTS:

State Route 219 Pavement repairs – expect daily lane restrictions on SR 219 between County Line Road and Country Round 25A, in each direction, on Friday, June 19 through Thursday, June 25. Flaggers will maintain traffic in work zone.

State Route 198 Pavement repairs – SR 198 will experience lane restrictions between National Road and SR 501, in each direction, on Tuesday, June 16 through Wednesday, June 17. Traffic will be maintained by Flaggers.

HARDIN COUNTY

US 68

U.S. 68 PROJECTS

U.S. 68 resurfacing between Findlay and Kenton, excluding the villages of Arlington and Dunkirk, will restricted to one lane through the work zone for resurfacing. Strawser Construction Inc., Columbus, serves as the general contractor. Estimated completion: Fall 2020. Visit the project page for more information.

State Route 68/Detroit Street within the city of Kenton, from Harris Street to state Route 67/Epsy Street, will have lane restrictions within the work zone for resurfacing. Shelly Company, Findlay serves as the general contractor.

State Route 31/Main Street in the city of Kenton, between Letson Avenue and Franklin Street, will close March 12 for approximately four months to replace water and sewer lines. OHM Advisors, Columbus, serves as the general contractor.

CONTINUING IMPACTS

Detour: SR 31 to Letson Avenue to U.S. 68/Detroit Street.

State Route 67 between the city of Kenton and State Route 235 will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for pavement repairs. Work will be performed by the ODOT Hardin County maintenance garage.

State Route 81 between the village of Ada and the village of Dunkirk will be restricted through the work zone for the removal of reflective pavement markers in preparation for upcoming chip seal operations. Work will be performed by the ODOT Hardin County maintenance garage.

Lincoln Street/township Road 44 within the village of Ada, between Klingler Road and Union Street, will close for approximately 160 days on Apr. 20 for roadway reconstruction including storm sewer, water main, curb and gutter, and sidewalk. Beaverdam Excavating Inc., Beaverdam, serves as the general contractor. For more information, including a map of the location, visit the project page.

CONTINUING IMPACT:

Southern Detour: Main Street/SR 235 to Lima Avenue/TR 50 to Klinger Road/CR 35.

Northern Detour: Main Street/SR 235 to W. North Avenue/SR 81 to Klinger Road/CR 35.

Access to Ada Medical and Diagnostic Center will be maintained at all times.

PUTNAM COUNTY

U.S. 30 between State Route 66 and State Route 190, near Delphos, will have lane restrictions beginning June 15 for drainage repairs. Shelly Company, Finday, is the general contractor.

State Route 12 between Road 7-l and State Route 696, just east of Pandora, will close June 15 for five days for a culvert replacement. The work will be performed by the ODOT Putnam County maintenance garage.

NEW IMPACT

Detour: SR 65 to U.S. 30 to SR 696 back to SR 12 (see map).

State Route 189 within the village of Fort Jennings will close June 15 for five days for drainage repairs. The work is being performed by the village of Fort Jennings.

NEW IMPACT

Detour: SR 190 to SR 634 to U.S. 224 back to SR 189 (see map).

VAN WERT COUNTY

U.S. 30 PROJECTS

State Route 117 between SR 116 and Road T-8, near the village of Elgin, will close June 1 for a culvert replacement. The work will be performed by the ODOT Van Wert County maintenance garage.

NEW IMPACT

SR 117 is expected to open on Friday, June 5.

Detour: U.S. 127 to SR 81 to SR 116 back to SR 117 (see map).

State Route 637 between C-12 and Feasby Wisner Road, approximately two miles south of the village of Grover Hill, will close on June 8 for two weeks to replace three culverts. The work will be performed by the ODOT Van Wert County maintenance garage.

UPCOMING IMPACT

Detour: U.S. 224 to SR 66 to SR 114 back to SR 637 (see map).

Jefferson Street between Main Street and Crawford Street, just south of Central Avenue in the city of Van Wert will close on May 11 for approximately 90 days for a bridge replacement. The work will be performed by Eagle Bridge Co., Sidney.

CONTINUING IMPACT

Detour: Main St. to Jefferson St. to Central Street to Washington Street to Crawford Street.
