May 22

Bond was set for Tim S. Critten, 48, 80 Main St., West Leipsic, charged with four counts pandering obscenity with a minor. Bond was set at $25,000 cash with 10% posting which has been posted in Municipal Court. He must not have any alcohol, illegal drugs or have any contact with minors and appear at all scheduled hearings. A telephonic pre-trial was scheduled for June 15 and in-person pre-trial was set for July 2.

Teresa A. Taylor, 39, 71 Avondale Ave., Columbus, pleaded guilty to attempted improper handling of a firearm. She faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1:30 p.m. July 16.

May 26

Regina J. Unterbrink, Continental, was granted a divorce from William J. Unterbrink, Ottawa. They were married Dec. 29, 2006 in Continental and have no children.

Michele Sanders, Pandora, and Sean Sanders, Lima, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 5, 2018 in Englewood, Fla., and have one child.

May 27

Gabriel L. Mata, 39, 8753 Road O, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for two counts telecommunications harassment. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for eight days served. He must obtain and maintain employment, complete all counseling and treatment recommended and have no contact with the victim.

The Citizens National Bank of Bluffton, was granted a foreclosure against Shaunda M. Brinkman, Ottawa, and Michael J. Schnipke, Ottawa, in the amount of $81,217.88, plus interest and costs.

May 28

Michael Lohmann, 50, 520 Winfield Ave., Findlay, was sentenced to 70 days jail for being in contempt for failure to pay child support. He was found in contempt Oct. 3, 2019. The jail was suspended provided he remain current in his payments.

Tanya A. Kurtz, 46, 446 Center St., Findlay, pleaded guilty to attempted identify fraud and theft. She faces up to 30 months in prison and $75,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Aug. 6.

May 26

Tyler J. Duling, 29, 19497 State Route 115, Columbus Grove, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Crystal D. Dunlap, 37, 19758 Road 17S, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control while under the influence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $375 fine. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

May 28

Mario A. Reyes, 26, 68 Main St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to endangering children. Sentence: 180 days jail, 135 days suspended, $100 fine, and complete mental health assessment. He also pleaded guilty to another count endangering children. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, and complete mental health assessment, sentence to run consecutive. Two other counts were dismissed.

Jonathan S. Tiller, 25, 26827 Lakevue Drive, Apt. 11, Perrysburg, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, $750 fine, six-month license suspension with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of open container and speeding were dismissed.
