COVID-19 antibody testing available in St. Marys

ST. MARYS — Joint Township District Memorial Hospital is beginning antibody testing on people at the hospital’s outpatient lab at 200 St. Clair St.

Beginning Tuesday, June 2, people can get the test to determine if you might have previously been infected with the virus that causes COVID-19.

No appointment is necessary and you don’t need an order from a physician to get the antibody test.

Hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 6 a.m. to noon Saturdays.

The test costs $65 and you need to pay at the time of the test. Results should be available within 24 hours through an external patient portal.
