Putnam County Common Pleas Court
Justin D. Patrick, 36, 6017 Flatrock Road, Hoagland, Ind., was sentenced to 13 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included changing residences without permission, failing to meet weekly with his supervising officer in Ohio and his supervising officer in Indiana. He was given credit for 297 days served. He was originally charged with attempted conveyance of drugs into a detention facility.
Charlie D. Egnor, Jr., 44, 201 S. First St., Oakwood, was sentenced to 180 days jail for trafficking in drugs. In lieu of jail, he may complete the WORTH Center program. He was placed on five years community control and ordered to obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete any counseling and treatment recommended. He was also ordered to pay restitution of $300 to the MAN unit.
Seth A. Hoorman, Ottawa, and Rebecca A. Hoorman, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married May 18, 2002 in Putnam County and have one child.
Natalie T. Taylor, New Bavaria, and Thomas J. Taylor, Jr., Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married June 3, 2000 in Putnam County and have two children.
Anna R. Deckard, Pandora, and Ron S. Deckard, Grover Hill, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 28, 2004 and have one child.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions
Harper Comer, Jr., 57, 301 Grand Ave., Taylormill, Ky., pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 175 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of lanes of travel upon roadway was dismissed.
Todd E. Hensley, 50, 124 Riverview Drive, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to persistent disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $100 fine.
Jeannetta S. Patnaude, 41, 111 Pearl St., Lot 6, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $100 fine and pay restitution in the amount of $282.58 to the Kalida Party Mart, and perform 40 hours community service.
