The following individuals were indicted following a session of the Putnam County Grand Jury on May 13.
Tim S. Critten, 48, 80 W. Main St., West Leipsic; four counts pandering obscenity involving a minor.
Cameron Q. Morris, 20, 2590 County Road 203, McComb; burglary.
Kevin M. Arnone, 35, 1035 Heritage Trail, Ottawa; grand theft.
Matthew C. Swallow, 32, 5935 N. High St., Apt. 16, Columbus; forgery.
Alexander N. Burris, 31, 2145 Summit St., Columbus; forgery.
Eric J. Guerra, 33, 811 Sherman St., Pandora; domestic violence.
Sonny G. Olivo, 27, 420 Ohio St., Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs.
John A. Hutchins, 50, 705 W. Indiana St., #22, Edon; aggravated possession of drugs.
Devonn A. Thomas, 27, 418 W. Center St., Leipsic; aggravated possession of drugs.
Dustin A. Patty, 24, A846 County Road 13, New Bavaria; grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Kenneth T. Richey, 55, 3295 Sullivant Ave., Apt. L, Columbus; 12 counts retaliation, 4 counts violating a protection order and tampering with evidence.
Robert L. Pavel, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Diana M. Pavel, Delphos. They were married Delphos Nov. 13, 1975 and have no children.
Jessica L. Robertson, Celina, and Freddie A. Robertson, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Dec. 17, 2016 in Findlay and have no children.
Vicki Schroeder, Findlay, and Roy D. Schroeder, Columbus Grove were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Jan. 8, 2016 in Putnam County and have no children.
David J. Cole, 48, 409 W. Main St., Leipsic, was remanded to the SEARCH program for violating community control. The violations included being unsuccessfully discharged from the WORTH Center Jan. 6. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was remanded to jail pending placement in the SEARCH program.
Amanda Strauer, Columbus Grove, and Ryan Strauer, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Nov. 24, 2017 in Sanibel, Fla., and have one child.
Candy Bartlett, Ottoville, and John Bartlett, Hamler, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 25, 2014 and have no children.
Tasha A. Barrett, 36, 1723 State Route 125, Hammersville, was sentenced to 54 days jail for aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamines). She was placed on five years community control and given credit for 54 days served. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended.
Douglas Schroeder, Ottawa, and Bonnie Schroeder, Miller City, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Nov. 3, 2001 in Glandorf and have two children.
Alyssa M. Johns, Ottawa, v. Nelson E. Barnes, Cameron, Texas; personal injury (exceeds $25,000).
Sarah Owsley, Columbus Grove, v. Dustin Owsley, Lima; divorce with children.
Oscar Lomeli, Leipsic, v. Philips North American, LLC, Andover, Mass., and Stephanie B. McCloud, administrator of Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation; worker’s compensation.
Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions
James T. Snipes, 48, 18971 Road L, Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He also pleaded no contest to ATV on roadway and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, $50 suspended. He was also fined $50 for failure to control.
