Putnam County Common Pleas Court

May 5

Jacob D. Rader, 27, 116 E. Poplar St., Leipsic, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for escape. The sentence was ordered to be served consecutive to his other case.

Jacob Carillo, 25, 225 N. Orchard St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl-related compound. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m. June 4. Charges of resisting arrest, obstructing official business, and driving under suspension were dismissed.

May 7

Superior Credit Union, Lima, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Teresa M. Aguirre, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $61,095.55, plus interest and costs.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

May 4

Brandon L. Jackson, 21, 269 S. Roberts Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing. Sentence: 180 days jail, 155 days suspended, $100 fine, suspended and no contact with victim for one year.

May 5

Dalton J. Davis, 19, 14337 Road 24, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine.
