ArtSpace/Lima is concerned with the ongoing preventative measures that are currently being asked of everyone. Being creative is essential and art is an integral part of this community, so ArtSpace is offering a free creative pursuit for all as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation.
Wednesday, April 22nd, ArtSpace/Lima will have a Make One/Share One BookMark TO-GO Art Bag. The bags will have two large blank bookmarks, markers, and guides with yarn to make pom-poms. The art idea is to make an original design for two and give away one. The instructions on how to make a tassel and pom-poms for the end of the bookmark will be included, as well as other ideas for projects that can be done with extra yarn at home.
ArtSpace is encouraging people to stay in their cars and drive through Cherry Alley to the back door of ArtSpace. Bags will be handed out to individuals in their vehicles. Cherry Alley can be entered from High Street and exited onto Market Street. They will be available starting at 12:00 noon.
