March 16

Kelle A. Robach, 37, 719 Dayton Ave., Findlay, was remanded to the Devlac Hall inpatient program for possession of drugs (heroin). She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She was released from jail March 16 and remanded to Devlac Hall.

March 18

Ronald Dillingham Jr., 43, 660 Prospect Ave., Lima, was sentenced to 30 days jail for non-support of dependents. The judge modified his sentence to 10 days jail, and he was released March 19.

Ronald L. Slattman, Continental, and Rebecca L. Slattman, Defiance, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 15, 2009 in Ohio and have no children.

March 19

Brian L. Warnimont, 36, 14885 Road 5, Leipsic, was sentenced to 146 days in jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violation included failing to maintain medication compliance. Upon release from jail March 19, he is committed to Dublin Springs Hospital, Dublin. He was ordered to continue mental health treatment and sign all necessary releases for supervision that necessary medication is being taken. He was convicted of having weapons under disability.

The case of Kenneth T. Richey, 55, 3295 Sullivant Ave., Apt. L, Columbus, is assigned for prosecution to Ohio Assistant Attorney General Micah R. Ault. The trial date scheduled for March 30 was vacated and a new trial date is scheduled for a later date. Richey is charged with two counts retaliation and violating a protection order.
