March 9

Ronald Dillingham Jr., 43, 660 Prospect Ave., Lima, was sentenced to 30 days jail for non-support of dependents. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment, complete all counseling and treatment recommended and make all ordered payments to the child support agency.

Jeremy L. Lindeman, 38, 111 Harrison St., Haviland, was sentenced to 14 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included being discharged from the WORTH Center program Dec. 10, 2019. He was discharged due to verbal altercations, taking items that he was not entitled to and stealing items from the kitchen. He was given credit for 315 days served and any additional days while awaiting transportation to the department of corrections. He was originally convicted of trafficking in drugs.

James M. Phillips, 39, 5624 Home Lane, Toledo, was sentenced to 11 to 15 years in prison for aggravated robbery. He must serve three years for the gun specification. He was given credit for 126 days served as of March 9 and any additional days while awaiting transportation to the department of corrections. A charge of theft was dismissed.

Matthew R. Sage, 40, 14880 Harris Road, Defiance, was sentenced to 17 months in prison for counterfeiting. He was placed on three years community control and was given credit for 93 days served. Two other counts were dismissed.

March 10

Ricky E. Deal, 48, 932 Summit St., Findlay, was sentenced to a total of six years in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include being in possession of cocaine and changing his residence without permission. He was given credit for 2,039 days served as of March 5 and any additional days served while awaiting transfer to the department. He was convicted by a jury to driving under the influence, tampering with evidence and identity fraud.

March 11

Heather Burris-Blair, 42, 530 E. Kibby St., Lima, was sentenced to 167 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using marijuana and methamphetamines, failing to report to her supervising officer and failing to pay court ordered financial obligations. She was given credit for 107 days served. She must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She was originally convicted of felony non-support.

Todd F. Oler, 35, 423 E. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 90 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included using methamphetamines, fentanyl and morphine, failing to complete a substance abuse assessment and failing to maintain and seek employment as directed. He was given credit for 37 days served. He must obtain and maintain employment and complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of felony non-support.

March 12

James V. Newell, Leipsic, and Judith L. Newell, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 20, 1976, in Kalida and have no minor children.

Citibank, Fort Mill, S.C., was granted a foreclosure against William E. Lawhorn, Mount Ulla, N.C., in the amount of $23,937,87, plus interest of $1,295.25 as of Oct. 16, 2019.

The village of Ottawa was granted judgment in the amount of $3,884, against Leon B. Hopkins, Van Wert.

Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, Troy, Mich., was granted judgment against Delia DeLaRosa, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $97,101.16, plus interest and costs.

March 5

Jaime Garcia Jr., 28, 25 E. Center St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, $250 fine and complete mental health assessment.

Arthur D. Diaz, 56, 209 W. Broadway St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.

Dustin L. Pepiot, 31, 24149 Lincoln Highway, Apt. B, Delphos, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of seat belt and muffler required were dismissed.

March 6

Justin Lammers, 21, 303 E. Center St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 30 days jail, 20 days suspended, $100 fine and complete mental health assessment.

March 9

Norman G. Ridinger, 71, 131 Deblanche Ave., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $500 fine, 12 months license suspension, and complete drug and alcohol assessment. A charge of violation of lanes of travel was dismissed.

Duane M. Oberg, 68, 106 Red Maple, Ottoville, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.

Justin M. Velliquette, 24, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A8, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $150 fine.

Marcus C. Morales, 24, address NA, pleaded guilty to consumption in a motor vehicle. Sentence: 30 days jail, 25 days suspended, $100 fine.

Isaac R. Morales, 29, address NA, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended.

Zachary G. Campbell, 28, 974 Brice Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $150 fine. Charges of speeding, reckless operation and more than one valid license were suspended.

March 10

Robert W. Beery, Jr., 39, 214 Summit St., Paulding, pleaded guilty to unauthorized plate. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $150 fine. He also pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate. Sentence: $200 fine. Charges of seat belt, failure to reinstate, turn signals, left of center and distracted driving were dismissed.

March 12

Arianna A. Campos, 21, 633½ Ravine Ave., Defiance, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine.
