LIMA — A couple of businesses in Northland Plaza were affected by the collapse of a brick facade.

Rent-A-Center and American Family Insurance were closed as a precaution while the damage is being assessed.

It’s believed the facade fell overnight Tuesday into Wednesday.

That facade displayed the signs of both businesses.

No one was hurt, and no other businesses were affected.

Northland Plaza, located in Bath Township, is owned by Northland Plaza Investors out of Weston, Florida.

The owners did not return calls seeking comment for this story.
